#MusicMonday is a trend that started on Twitter over a year ago. A lot of people used it for a while and then it started to fizzle out. Well, the problem is…I liked it. I liked it a lot. So, I kept it up on my twitter and decided to keep it up when this site started up as well. You wanna get something stuck in your head? This is the place to do it. Whatever is stuck in MY head on Monday, ends up in this post. Check back each week for more catchy tunes.
My song choice today is slightly selfish. Glory Days, as any good Broadway fan knows, didn’t last long at the Circle in the Square, but you know what? I saw it. I liked it. I could just tell you that’s why I decided to make this my #musicmonday song of the day. But the truth is “Generation Apathy” from Glory Days is actually the title of one of the chapters in the book I’m writing. Therefore…it gets stuck in my head whenever I edit that section.
Have you heard it? Give it a listen…
