Hey All! Are you guys excited? We’re almost to the twitter party. Just a few hours left, so I wanted to touch base with you and make sure we know how this is going to go.
First and foremost: HAVE FUN! Just tweet to your heart’s content (within the appropriate topic, of course) and use the tag #bway2013
However, if you would like to answer the questions along with the panel and potentially win some awesome prizes, we will use this format.
I will post questions like this:
Q1: *Insert question here* #bway2013
You will respond like this:
A1: *Your answer here* #bway2013
Only people who use the tag will be eligible for prizes. Plus, that’s the whole point of the twitter party!
We’re also going to give two lucky fans the chance to ask the whole panel a question. If you would like, you may start submitting question in the comments here, or at 5:30pm EST you can start tweeting your potential questions to me with the tag #Bway2013
If you have any questions, now is the time to ask below!

I’m in rehearsal during the Twitter party so here is my question:
What is your biggest hope for Broadway as a community in the future and how do you think people can make that happen?
Great question! Don’t feel deterred if it doesn’t get chosen only because it’s so similar to a lot of the questions I’m already asking
So, way to be totally on track with us!
What are you rehearsing for??
What is you advice for those thinking about going on broadway? And taking that path?…
And please follow me @arianacupcAke11!!!
Advice from the pro’s is always welcomed, right?
Tonight is all about the broadway community celebrating and partying! What is your favorite party from a stage play or musical? Dance in West Side Story? Dinner Party in Rumors? Christmas Party in Promises Promises?
LOVE this question!
It’s a party!! [blows virtual party horn and tosses confetti, silver of course
] My question: There’s so much focus on the importance of new works, both plays and musicals…is there a story you’d like to tell on stage, either as an actor, a playwright, director, producer?
What do u think is the greatest musical EVER? Im at @broadwaybaby30
Look forward to tweets

What makes YOU passionate about musical theatre? @hadley_rouse
okay, the people I follow on FB and Twitter are extrremely divided over Smash. They are making changes to the structure this season and who knows what the response would be. If you had to choose which would you prefer:
A. the show became closer to how broadway actually is and potentially lose more viewership as it becomes more ‘inside’
or
B. become even more fanciful and less like the reality and get more viewers and last longer as an advertisement for live theater in NYC
This was AMAZING. Thank you all SO MUCH for organising the party and bringing us all together.
