It’s time to break out those tapes of Bushel and a Pack from Guys and Dolls! Or did your school do Oklahoma? Perhaps Once Upon a Mattress? Or She Loves Me?

Now is your time to shine (well, again!). We’re having a high school musical battle here at BroadwaySpotted.com and we want all of you to participate.

How does it work? Simple! This is CLASSICS week. That means if you have ever performed in a high school (will also accept jr high) production of a show from before 1980, you’re in. Comment below with your best video and we’re going to narrow it down to the 10 we like best and have a vote off with the fans to see who rains supreme as the best high school musical ever!

Don’t worry about the quality of the video, we know it’s high school. Worry more about picking the best performance that you gave. Do you know someone who did a lean mean dream ballet from Oklahoma? This is the place to show it off. Maybe someone you know can belt the crap out of “Shy” from Mattress? Bring it!

We are accepting entries here until THURSDAY. We need enough time to go through all of them and narrow it down for you. Let’s get started.

(Hint: the next round will be new musicals :) )
